How is the Color sheet metal made?

It is made of cold rolled steel sheet, galvanized steel sheet, etc., which is coated (roller coated) or composite organic film (PVC film, etc.) after surface chemical treatment, and then baked and solidified. Some people also call this product “pre-roller coated color steel plate”, or “plastic color steel plate”.

Tips for extending Its life

1. Correct installation

During loading and unloading, avoid damage to the product paint film, surface contamination, and collision.

2. Reasonable storage and transportation

During storage, avoid violent sliding between layers to avoid scratches. In addition, the use environment should be away from corrosive substances such as acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents.

3. Daily maintenance and care

Regular cleaning to remove dirt and chemicals. Do not use corrosive detergents when cleaning. If rust spots appear, they should be scraped off, brushed, or sprayed quickly, and the surface should be kept dry.

4. Material and process optimization

When selecting materials, the use environment should be fully considered, and surface treatment should be performed during processing, such as spraying anti-corrosion paint, which can increase the sealing, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and rust resistance of metal parts.

5. Avoid high temperature

High temperature may cause the color of colored metal plates to change or fade, so it should be avoided as much as possible.
